Are the prices on your website in NZ dollars?

Yes all prices are in NZ Dollars

What is your warrantee and returns policy?

All Barron products have a 30-day return policy on faults in workmanship. The 30-day period begins from the date of purchase. Items returned within this period can either be exchanged or credited. The item(s) must be returned in an 'new' condition with all packaging, ticketing and labeling. (Most products come with a 6 month to 1 year warrantee from the manufacturer ie wetsuits, leg ropes and boardbags.)

Do you have a catalogue?

Yes Barron Surfboards does have a surboard catalogue, it is available for download on any individual surfboard page on the right hand side, or you can contact us directly.

Do you ship to addresses outside New Zealand?

Yes we do – although you will need to contact us to arrange shipping cost and payment.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

Currently Barron Surfboards will not ship internet orders to a PO Box or private bag address. This is because we require all deliveries to be signed for. Alternatively we can arrange for you to collect the goods from Barron Surfboards.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

When we receive your order, our aim is to dispatch it the next working day (Monday to Friday). Within New Zealand, deliveries are sent via Courier Post. Delivery can take 1 to 5 days between islands and is dependant on Courier Post offering their usual prompt service. Some isolated regions may require additional delivery time. If this is the case for your area we will notify you of this prior to processing your order.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes it it is safe to shop online with Barron Surfboards.  Barron Surfboards uses paypal for payments which is a safe and secure form of payment worldwide. This way you know your Credit card details and money are safe!

You can submit your details including credit card numbers with confidence. We ask that the credit card provided is that of the same person who is ordering the products.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Master Card and American Express for all orders.

What happens if my goods don’t turn up ?

If your article fails to arrive within 7 days of delivery date (within New Zealand), please notify Barron Surfboards  immediately. There is only a small window of opportunity for us to be able to claim for missing parcels. Failure to notify us in the above time frames may result in no refund.

What is your procedure is for sponsering people, if you do at all?

Hi, you would need to email your request along with links to so video or photos of you surfing.

Why should I buy from Barron Surfboards?

Barron Surfboards has been in business since ages ago. We shape, source and use all the products ourselves so we know its good, and wouldn't sell anything we wouldn't use ourselves! Because we make and use the gear we sell, we really can speak from experience.
