OUR POLICY IS SIMPLE IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, SIMPLY RETURN IT TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY IN ITS ORIGINAL, UNUSED CONDITION FOR A FULL REFUND OF THE PRODUCT PRICE. IF YOU WOULD PREFER WE WOULD GLADLY SUPPLY YOU WITH A STORE CREDIT TO THE SAME VALUE OR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PRODUCT. ITS UP TO YOU.

If product has been damaged in transit please call us and we will arrange to replace the damaged products(s).
Barron Surfboards will pass on to you the benefit of any warranties given by the manufacturers or suppliers of the products we sell. Some products have a specified time guarantee. Items with this type of guarantee give the time period on the product information card. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents or the natural breakdown of materials over time. These warranties cover material, design and production faults. The warranty commences the day of purchase.
Please keep your receipts for warranty purposes, as this will speed up the process, especially if you visit one of our stores. However if you lose your receipt – its no drama, we can find your purchase on our customer database. The warranty on the item(s) only covers the original owner. We reserve the right to replace or repair any item found to be defective.
